FAQs

🧩 General Questions

What kind of products do you offer?

I create high-quality resin miniatures and FDM 3D printed accessories for tabletop games like Dungeons & Dragons, Skirmish, and Wargames. All items are made to order and designed for painting, customizing, and playing.

Are your miniatures ready to use?

Miniatures are shipped unpainted and may require light assembly or cleanup. This gives you full creative control over how they look on your tabletop.

Will the miniature look like the photo?

Some of the photos you see are digital renders used for reference or provided by the 3D artists, while others are actual photographs I’ve taken of the final printed products. The miniatures are printed in light or dark gray resin.

Is assembly required?

In many cases, yes. Assembly may be needed due to:

  • Printer size limitations
  • Quality optimization
  • Safer shipping
  • Modular design (e.g. interchangeable parts)

Why are some parts slightly bent when I receive them?

Due to temperature changes during shipping, especially in warmer climates, thin parts like swords, staffs, or bows may arrive slightly bent. This is completely normal and easy to fix. Simply heat the bent area gently with a hair dryer on low speed for a few seconds, then straighten it with your fingers. The resin will return to its original shape without damage.

📏 Scale & Sizing

What’s the difference between scale and height?

Scale is the ratio between real-life height and miniature height.
Height is the vertical measurement from feet to eye level.
I use eye level as the reference point for all my miniatures.

Example (28mm scale):

  • Human (1.8m - 5.9 ft): 28mm
  • Dwarf (1.5m - 4.9 ft): 23.4mm

How can I match your miniatures with others I own?

Just send me the height from feet to eye level in a standing pose and I’ll help you match the scale accurately.

🚚 Shipping & Processing

Where do you ship?

I ship worldwide, including Europe, the US, UK, and Australia.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is charged once per order, no matter how many miniatures you buy.

How long does processing take?

Each item is made to order. Processing includes:

  • File preparation
  • 3D printing
  • Post-processing (washing, curing, support removal)
  • Quality control
  • Secure packaging

Processing time typically ranges from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the season and the volume of orders. Each item is made to order, and I always strive to maintain the highest quality standards throughout production.

My package is late—what should I do?

You can check the tracking information provided in the confirmation email you received when your order was completed. If your package is past the expected delivery date, feel free to contact me. In some cases, local post offices may not properly notify recipients that a package is ready for pickup.

🛠️ Customization & Personalization

Do you accept custom requests?

  • Individual weapons and bits

Additionally, if you have your own 3D file and would like me to print it for you, I’m happy to offer a file printing service. Just send me the file and your specifications, and I’ll evaluate it for printability and provide a quote.
